PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- Court documents show a Phoenix man has been arrested and accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
According to the documents, 21-year-old Hulises Tadeo Oliveros was arrested on the night of February 23. According to a call police received, the 14-year-old victim had been missing, and was allegedly with Oliveros. The suspect and the victim were later found. After Oliveros was read his Miranda rights, he admitted to officers that he had sex with the victim, beginning on February 13 at his home in Phoenix.
In a subsequent forensic interview with the victim, court documents say the victim admitted to having sex with Oliveros once during their many contacts with each other. The documents contained graphic details of that encounter, with Oliveros telling officers he had sex with the victim, and touched the victims in various private areas. Oliveros also told officers he knew the victim was underage when he met her in person, but did not know the exact age. Oliveros claims he asked the victim how old she was on Snapchat, but did not read her response before the answer disappeared.
