A recall has been issued for 148,370 dietary supplement bottles because of a significant injury risk, and the bottles violate federal standards for child-resistant packaging.
In a Jan. 29 recall letter, Consumer Product Safety Commission officials explained that the bottles are filled with dietary supplements containing iron, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

So far, no injuries have been reported related to the bottles. The agency added that packaging is not child-resistant, creating a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if young children swallow the contents.

This recall covers Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ dietary supplement bottles that come in eight-ounce amber glass bottles with black caps, each containing 60 capsules. The UPC, lot numbers and manufacturing dates are printed on the bottle and the full list can be viewed here.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the products were sold on Mindbodygreen.com from November 2021 to November 2025 for between $40 and $70, depending on the subscription.

What you can do:
Consumers with the Mindbodygreen dietary supplement bottles should immediately secure the recalled items out of the reach of children and call Mindbodygreen for a free, child-resistant replacement cap. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said once the supplements are secured, consumers can continue to use the supplements as directed.
