LSD, various other drugs found in San Tan Valley home; teen arrested

SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- Officials with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office say a 17-year-old is accused of selling various drugs in a San Tan Valley subdivision.

According to a statement released Wednesday, the teen, whose identity was not revealed, was arrested on April 3 and is facing multiple drug and weapons-related charges. The investigation began on March 13, when the Pinal County Narcotics Unit received a tip on possible illegal drug activity near the 31000 block of Cactus Drive, which is near the area of Bella Vista Road and Hunt Highway. An investigation later revealed that the suspect was selling various types of drugs, including pot and Butane Hash Oil in the Ranch Bella Vista subdivision.

PCSO officials sat at the time of the suspect's arrest, he was found with a .40 caliber handgun, and a search of his home turned up two pounds (~0.9kg) of marijuana, 39 cartridges of Butane Hash Oil, 20 hydroxyzine pills, suspected MDMA, and eight sheets of suspected LSD, with over 150 individual doses.
