Police: Man performed 'lewd acts' at Smyrna library

Smyrna police are on the lookout for a man accused of performing lewd acts at a local public library.

Officers said they were called to the Smyrna Library on the 100 block of Village Green Circle after a female victim said she saw the suspect performing indecent acts on the library's second floor.

The suspect is described as being a male in his early 20s with a thin build and medium complexion. He is approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall and has a short "afro-style" haircut.

He was wearing a gray T-shirt and sweatpants.

Police say he was last seen driving a late-model green Subaru Forester.
