"A two-vehicle collision involving a fatality occurred," the Arizona Dept. of Public Safety said.
Troopers say a car was headed westbound, attempting to pass another driver using the eastbound lanes. The driver reportedly lost control and crashed into another car head-on.
The victim's car overturned, killing the driver.
Troopers say impairment isn't suspected for the suspect driver.
