Senate moves to avoid shutdown as funding deadline looms

The Senate overwhelmingly voted to move forward with a stop-gap funding bill. The 89-4 vote indicates the bill has a lot of support, but there are several votes that still have to take place. Fox's Chad Pergram breaks it down from Capitol Hill.
