Abortion in AZ: Gov. Hobbs signs ban repeal bill

A chapter in the battle over abortion in Arizona has come to an end, as Governor Katie Hobbs signed a bill that repeals a near-total ban on the procedure in Arizona. The now-repealed ban can trace its roots back to the 1860s, before Arizona was even a state.
