Man dies following kidnapping attempt in Phoenix

Police are investigating after they say a man forced a woman into a truck at a Filiberto's restaurant near Arizona Ave. and Ocotillo, then pulled into an apartment complex. Police say after the man pulled into a parking lot, he took his own life.
