Man hit, killed by car in Laveen

According to police, officers got to the scene near 51st Avenue and Baseline Road and found a man lying on the road, suffering from obvious signs of trauma. The man died at the scene. He was identified as 34-year-old Joshua Auguh. Witnesses told police the driver of the vehicle that hit the man fled the scene after the collision.
