What to do when stuck in huge traffic backup
It was an extremely rough commute for drivers in Phoenix on Aug. 21. First, the Loop 202 was shut down due to a deadly crash and then, a police situation closed Interstate 10 for hours. Some people sat in their cars, while others got out of their vehicles to try and figure out what was happening. FOX 10's Desiree Fluellen meets with the Arizona Department of Public Safety to find out what you should do if you are caught in this type of traffic situation.
