Festival marks start of Hispanic Heritage Month
Sept. 15 marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, a time to celebrate the culture and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. In Phoenix, a festival that opened on Friday helped kick start celebrations. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
