Phoenix officers nearly struck by driver

A driver and a passenger are facing multiple charges this morning after nearly hitting two Phoenix police officers. The incident began near 32nd Street and Palm Lane, where the officers were almost struck. They then reported fled the scene, resulting in a collision with several other vehicles.
