Man accused of providing drugs to girl who overdosed

Police say 48-year-old Richmond Sam was arrested in connection to the death of 17-year-old Morning Gorman, who overdosed near 27th and Northern Avenues. Investigators say Sam told detectives he picked up Gorman and two other teen girls at a nearby park and gave them drugs. Sam is accused of manslaughter, child abuse and providing drugs to a minor.
