Phoenix City Council unanimously agrees to budget

Phoenix City Council passed a budget unanimously for the first time since 2009. In a 9-0 vote, councilmembers on both sides of the aisle came together in the historic agreement, praised by Mayor Kate Gallego. FOX 10's Ashlie Rodriguez has the story.
