PHOENIX (AP) ? The Latest on a serious collision in Phoenix (all times local): 3:30 p.m. Phoenix police say four children were seriously hurt after the truck they were traveling in collided with another pickup whose driver appears to have been impaired. Police say an eight-year-old boy who was traveling in the bed of the truck that was struck is in extremely critical condition and might not survive.
