Interstate 10 reopens after pedestrian fatality

A person was hit and killed by a vehicle Wednesday morning on Interstate 10. The collision caused a portion of I-10 to be shut down for several hours and the Department of Public Safety still is not sure why the man was walking on the highway. FOX 10's Marcy Jones reports.
