Trump blames vandals for damage as Reflecting Pool peels, appears "algae bloom green"

The drama over the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool continues in Washington, D.C. President Trump commissioned a restoration of the landmark ahead of the America 250 celebration, but two weeks after the project was finished, chunks of paint and algae now fill the pool.
