MESA, Ariz. - Crews cleaned up spilled concrete on eastbound Loop 202 after a cement truck rolled over on Wednesday near State Route 24. That's the stretch of road that goes from the 202 and turns into Ellsworth.
There's no word on what caused the truck to roll over, but it forced two lane closures during the morning commute.
