Glendale firefighters push stranded man in scooter back home

GLENDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- We can say that crews with one Valley fire department went beyond the call of duty to help out a man.

On an unverified Twitter page that belongs to Glendale Fire Department, officials say crews helped push a man who was stranded in his scooter back to his care home, which was located a mile away.

"His care home staff wouldn't come get him and no cab would pick him up with his scooter," wrote a part of the tweet.

Way to go, firefighters!
