PHOENIX - A shooting victim was rushed to the hospital Thursday afternoon after being shot in Phoenix.

At around 2:45 p.m., officers responded to the area of 23rd Avenue and Echo Lane for a report of a shooting. There they found a man seriously injured from a shooting, police say.
