PHOENIX (KSAZ) - McDowell Road at Interstate 17 in Phoenix has reopened following a train derailment on Thursday afternoon.
The derailment happened at 19th Avenue and Grand, which isn't far from the Arizona State Fairgrounds.
The roadway was reopened just before 7 a.m.
