Motorcyclist killed in crash at Phoenix intersection

PHOENIX - A man was killed in a motorcycle crash near 19th Avenue and Indian School Road Friday night, Phoenix police said.

Ulisses Torres, 33, was reportedly riding southbound down 19th Avenue when he was struck by a car making a left turn.

Torres was hospitalized and was later pronounced dead.

The female driver stayed at the scene and did not show signs of impairment, police said.
