Police increase DUI patrols to help keep drivers, pedestrians safe

PHOENIX - It's not only children who like to celebrate Halloween.

Many adults like to get in on the fun.

And sometimes they have a little too much fun, which is why the DUI Task Force is out tonight keeping the roads safe.
