Woman rescued from vehicle after driving into canal

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A woman was pulled from a canal early Monday morning after being trapped inside her vehicle.

The Phoenix Fire Department says the 24-year-old woman was trapped inside her car in a canal near 35th Avenue and Durango. Phoenix police say the woman didn't see the canal and drove into it.

The woman was treated at the scene and not injured.
