Drivers speak out as Uber, Lyft announce fuel surcharge
Officials with two of the biggest rideshare companies in the U.S. announce they will introduce a fuel surcharge to help offset a recent surge in gas prices that coincides with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. FOX 10's Bailey Miller has more from rideshare drivers in the Phoenix area.
