'Razzmatazz Robber' accused of robbing banks in Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa

A man nicknamed the "Razzmatazz Robber" was arrested by the FBI after he reportedly robbed four banks in the Phoenix metropolitan area, federal officials said Friday.
