Rob Duggan named new Gilbert Fire & Rescue chief
Current Assistant Chief Rob Duggan has been with the department for 23 years. The city council confirmed him to chief after a nationwide search. Duggan replaces the retiring Jim Jobusch. Duggan's first day as chief is July 11.
