Crews battled large structure fire in Downtown Phoenix, arrest announced a day later
As for the cause of the fire, Phoenix Fire Capt. Rob McDade revealed a day later that an arrest was made in connection to the start of the fire. Documents show that Alfonso Martinez is the suspect and is being held in jail on a $20,000 bond.
