Voters in Pinal County had to deal with a shortage of ballots and ballot printing errors when they headed to the polls for the August primary election. It left many voters frustrated and election leaders embarrassed. Since then, county leaders made several changes in the way they prepare for elections. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia has the story.
