Impairment suspected in deadly Phoenix crash

Phoenix Police say the driver of a red SUV crashed into a white pickup truck near 7th Avenue and Indian School Road. The SUV driver died at the hospital. The pickup truck driver tried to flee the scene with a passenger after the crash, but they were found by police. The truck driver showed signs of impairment, police said.
