Scottsdale to pay woman who was falsely accused of a hit-and-run

The City of Scottsdale has agreed to pay Yessenia Garcia $200,000, almost three years after she was arrested for a hit-and-run incident that she had nothing to do with. FOX 10's Ellen McNamara reports.
