Phoenix canal killings trial moves to penalty phase

Bryan Patrick Miller, the so-called "Canal Killer," was found guilty of first-degree murder and kidnapping in connection to the deaths of two women in the 1990s. After being convicted, Miller is eligible for the death penalty.
