New video shows man who allegedly started Southern Arizona wildfire

According to officials with the United States Forest Service, the man shot at a homemade target, and he may have used incendiary bullets. The bullets is believed to have sparked a wildfire in the Coronado National Forest. The fire, which scorched about 115 acres of land, prompted the closure of Catalina highway.
