Arizona program helps pet owners 'close the gap'

Many people across the Phoenix area, including some pet owners, live paycheck and paycheck, and when an unexpected cost or event comes up, there can be a lot of financial stress. One program, however, aims to help pet owners at their time of need. FOX 10's Ellen McNamara reports.
