Extreme heat takes toll on Arizona cacti

July was the hottest month on record for any U.S. city, and in Arizona, plants that typically thrive in the desert, like Saguaro Cactus, are losing their arms, turning brown, and falling over altogether. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett reports.
