Authorities turn to AI to fight distracted driving

It may not be a surprise for many people, but according to officials with USAA, the U.S. has a distracted driving problem. In one state, however, law enforcement is turning to AI for help in enforcing driving laws. Reporter Chelsea Torres has more, from Charlotte, N.C.
