The Zone: Phoenix to give updates on cleanup efforts

Officials with the City of Phoenix are set to give an update on its efforts to clean up a homeless encampment near Downtown that is known as The Zone. The city is under a court order to clean up the area by Nov. 4. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
