ASU Police host self-defense classes for women

The 12-hour class is broken up into three different portions, with the first focusing on how to avoid an incident from happening. The rest of the class focuses on what to do if you're in a dangerous situation where you are being attacked. The class covers a large variety of self-defense techniques so women can feel more confident.
