Texas chemical plant explosion

A chemical plant explosion is burning at Sound Resource Solutions, which is north of Houston. Authorities say 19 employees were working at the time of the explosion. One person suffered serious burns to their face and arms. A nearby school was evacuated and people are being told to shelter in place and turn off their air conditioning.
