Hawaii may start charging $25 fee for visitors

Hawaii's governor is proposing a $25 visitor fee, or what he calls a "Green Fee." It would apply to visitors staying at a hotel or short-term rental. The governor estimates the fee would generate $68 million a year to help deal with the impact of climate change.
