Lakes mostly filled thanks to wet winter
At around this time in 2023, we were reporting on flooded streets in the Phoenix area, because water needed to be released from lakes that were, in some cases, overcapacity. This year, however, the story is slightly different. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.
