Alabama man pleads guilty to AZ election threat
Brian Ogstad, 59, pleaded guilty to threatening to kill Maricopa County election workers and officials. Authorities say Ogstad sent messages on the day of the 2022 election and for several days after. Ogstad pleaded guilty to one count of making a threatening interstate communication. He's scheduled to be sentenced in October.
