Prison reform advocate reacts to disturbing attack in Tucson

Donna Hamm, Director of Middle Ground Prison Reform, is reacting the new disturbing video of an attack at a Tucson state prison. Inmates were using padlocks to attack each other. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean has this story.
