Manhunt in Arkansas for escaped ex-police chief

A big effort is underway in Arkansas to find an ex-police chief who escaped from prison. The man, identified as Grant Hardin, was serving a combined 80-year sentence for sexually assaulting a school teacher and killing a city employee. Reporter Chelsea Torres has more.
