Phoenix firefighters deploy to Texas for flood relief

48 members of the Phoenix Fire Department?s Arizona Task Force 1, a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team, left the Valley on Tuesday, en route to Texas to assist with ongoing relief efforts following deadly floods.
