Family lays Tempe road rage victim to rest

The family of Steven Bevan, 29, said their final goodbyes following his death in a July 1 Tempe road rage shooting. They're struggling with the grand jury's decision not to charge the man who reportedly shot Steven. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean has more.
