Questions remain after Turquoise Alert was issued

The state's first activation of the recently-created Turquoise Alert took place on July 23, but there are still some questions over what makes the Turquoise Alert, as it exists currently, different from AMBER Alerts. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
