Phoenix to add more chilled water stations

Hydration is key during hot summer days in the Valley, and that is why a new City of Phoenix program aims to make it easier than ever for people to refill water bottles with cold, free water, even during triple-digit heat. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has more.
