Valley family deals with infant daughter's rare skin disorder

It's safe to say it's a condition no one wants their kids to have. This condition makes an infant's skin as delicate as a butterfly's wing, meaning just about anything that touches the infant will cause harm. FOX 10's Matt Galka speaks with one West Valley family whose infant daughter has the condition.
