Coast Guard lieutenant accused of plotting terrorist attack graduated from high school in the Valley

Days after a Coast Guard lieutenant was arrested and accused of plotting a terror attack, FOX 10 is learning more about the 49-year-old's ties to the Valley. FOX 10's Steve Krafft reports.
